Inscription
Congregation organized in 1892 as a mission. Original church built at 10th & Trimble Sts. In 1908, Fountain Ave. Methodist Episcopal Church, South was erected here at a cost of $35,000; it has been in continual service since. In 1937, floodwaters filled basement. Möller pipe organ installed in 1945. The
education wing was added in 1947.
Dedicated November 23, 2008.
