Inscription
Frank Donaldson Brown (1885-1965), a former Dupont and General Motors executive, developed the Dupont Analysis, a return on investment (ROI) formula, and revolutionized the world of finance in 1914. Brown bought the former dairy farm in 1936 and built a 40-plus room colonial revival-style mansion, seven car garage, greenhouse, stables, pool, and unique fountain on this property which overlooks the Susquehanna River.
