Medical Hall Two miles north of this point Birthplace and home of Dr. John Archer, 1741-1810. First gradudate of medicine in America. Signer of Bush Declaration March 22, 1775. Member of Congress 1802. One of the founders of the Medical and Chururgical Faculty of Maryland. Father of five physicians.
