Inscription
Here, May 23, 1773, Washington visited Governor William Franklin, and March 23, 1782, inspected the 2nd Regimant, Continental Corps of Artillery. Later he visited the Bradford Mansion, home of the Hon. William Bradford, his Attorney General.
