Soloman Andrew Layton
This Cupola was preserved from the Baum Building, one of Oklahoma City's most beautiful structures. Its design was adopted from the famous Doge's Palace in Venice by Oklahoma's foremost pioneer architect, S. A. Layton.
His firm also created the State Capital and Historical Society Building.
